Fire cider is an easy to make tonic with all natural immune boosting ingredients that you can easily find at your local grocery store. All of these ingredients have natural qualities to boost your immunity and help you to stay healthy. This tonic can be taken daily year-round or just during the cold and flu season. A spoon full a day is a great way to stay healthy when everyone around you is sneezing and coughing. It’s a little spicy hence the word fire cider and in my personal experience is an excellent way to clear the sinuses! Overall, I recommend this easy natural way to boost your immune system.

Play around with the herbs you add based on what you have available and fresh as well as to your personal liking.
Honey can be added or reduced based on personal preference.
Feel free to add your favorite spicy pepper to increase the over spiciness of the cider (jalapeno, habanero, poblano, etc.)
